Hannah was born in Hong Kong and has travelled around the world with her parents ever since, living in New York, Shanghai and Doha, Qatar. She is now based in London.
Feeling a need to learn how to accurately paint from life, Hannah took up a month long summer course at Lavender Hill Studios under the watchful eyes of Ann Witheridge, Scott Pohlschmidt and Nick Bashall. Having found the perfect place to learn the building blocks of painting, Hannah started on their full-time course in September 2010 and will continue to study full-time for the next academic year.
